Produced by Aeltest Volkstedter Porzellanfabrik (Volkstedt), located southwest of Leipzig & Dresden, near Rudolstadt, Thuringia, Germany. The figure was designed by Gustav Oppel and is part of a larger production series named "Bettler, Landstreicher, fahrendes Volk" (beggars, vagabonds and vagrants). It is beautiful workmanship, depicting her tattered and torn clothing in several colors and layers. Gilt decoration on the base data post 1945. Condition: Perfect for those years. .
