approx 15" talli think its from you the 1920s or 1930sthe only other image i could find of one was attached to a moe bridges basebut this base has no branding or names etci am not 100% on the metal but it appears to be brass
has tiny tiny chip on side as shown. very hard to notice(last photo)please view all photos for full conditionthere is some rust on the hardware on topcan also be used on the ceiling
