The stamp on the handle of this piece (Photo #7) indicates that it was produced by August K. Weygang Jr of Öhringen in what is nowBaden-Wurttemberg,Germany. August Weygang Jr took over his father\'s workshop in 1885 and died in 1946.The \"1726\" portion of the stamp indicates that this pitcher is made from lead-free pewter.
