Antique mannequin with cast iron base.
As is antique condition - please see last picture , two of the four wooden part of the wheel is missing. They can easily be replaced. The skirt cage will open and close but it takes a lot of work. Maybe some WD 40 would make it easier to open and close. The mannequin seems to lean slightly forward , I think it just needs to be adjusted or fix the 2 wooden wheels. The fabric on the top half definitely shows it’s age .
Description - it has a patent dated Dec. 7, 1908. I’m not sure on the name brand. It stands 5’2” tall , 24 inch waist. It is adjustable, I have never attempted to make it bigger and I\'m not sure if it\'s designed to go taller. It’s been in the family for as long as I can remember and was used to display a old wedding dress. I had my husband close/make smaller the wire cage skirt just to make sure it was possible. Pictures of the wire cage skirt is set at the smaller size.
