Antique blacksmith/tinsmith anvil beak horn forming tool hardie stake marked F. ROYS & CO. in as found used condition. F. ROYS & CO. known maker of tinner\'s/tinsmithing tool. Franklin Roy used this mark from 1840-1849 from \"Director of American Tool Makers: Colonial Times to 1899. Used in forming, riveting and seaming of articles make of sheet metal. Rare and collectible find in very good antique condition for age. We have cleaned the heavy surface rust and lightly oiled it so as not to rust. Measures 25 3/4\" total length x 10 3/4\" total height. Large beak horn end measures 8.5\"l x 4 1/4\" at widest part. Tapered tube end measures 15.5\"l. Please see pictures for complete condition.
