This is an antique 1880\'s EDISON light bulb from a local estate. The hand blown frosted glass bulb measures approximately 2 7/16\" wide x 6\" tall overall. It features a brass T-H style base secured to glass with plaster. Intact hairpin shape carbonized filament (see close-up image #8). Uncleaned original condition, with continuity as pictured (see image #10 multi-meter reading). An early EDISON carbon filament bulb which displays nicely.
