The clock is in good condition, however it does not work. I placed the key in the holes, but nothing would turn. All of the parts appear to be inside the clock and most likely it will need to be serviced. It does need to be cleaned up and there is a hairline crack next to the \"IV.\" See pictures. The porcelain plaque is of three women and cherub in a wagon. Height: 17. 5\"Width: 7.25\"Depth: 4.25\" From a smoke free home.
