It comes with a background copy that was already included with this cel when i received it from Japan, back in the days. It\'s 2 layers of cels No. B3 / C3The cel is NOT STUCK to the background! There is protective cellophane see the pic! Although the cels are taped on to the background on the top, you can safely remove them if you wish so. Characters Kiki and Ursula.
