Shipping for anywhere in North America is $15 for the first book and I am happy to combine shipping for multiple purchase.
Why is shipping $15? The biggest reason is due to Canada post and /paypal rules requiring tracking etc. I do not make money on shipping. For my brothers/sisters in the south I lose a minimum of $4 on each shipment. For my Canuckheads I will refund the extra.
