Amazing Find, Pioneer/hiker Carved From Stone? Agate? Not Sure.. LOOK Very Cool For Sale

I have a really cool little statue up for grabs here. This statue cannot be found anywhere. I have looked high and low, and I am very good at finding things. The statue measures approximately 5 inches tall the rifle removes from his hand and is made out of the same material as the figure itself which appears to be Don’t quote me stone/agate/soapstone?

It is a very nice piece. Has a decent amount of weight to it and would look amazing on someone’s desk or mantle. Please feel free with questions. There are no markings on this but the carving looks gorgeous. Please feel free with questions.
