This is a lovely pair of Art Deco inspired Asian figures They might be used as bookends or shelf pieces. For years I used thesepieces as decorative shelf items and displayed them in my \"international\" room, along with other examples of folk art and collectables from a variety of cultures--- including China, India Spain and Africa.
