AMAZING SPIDER-MAN#1 Golden Record 1966 Record & Comic Book Factory Sealed MintThis Golden Record 1966 MARVEL AGE COMIC SPECTACULAR AMAZING SPIDER-MAN#1 is an Original Mint Factory Sealed 33 1/3 r.p.m. long-play record enclosed with a reprint edition of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN#1. The record was one of four Marvel Comic Book records produced by Golden Records. Released during September 1966, the Records included reprint editions of The Fantastic Four#1, The Avengers#4 and Journey into Mystery#84. The Golden Records 1966 featured a vocal reading of the enclosed Comic Book that children could follow. The reprint editions have no 12 cent price or issue number on the cover, and each has an ad for other Golden Records on the back cover.
The Golden Record MARVEL AGE COMIC SPECTACULAR AMAZING SPIDER-MAN#1 offered here has the Cover, Record and Comic Book sealed in the Original Factory Cellophane in Mint Like New Condition as issued in 1966. The Amazing Spider-Man#1 Comic Book featuring Story by Stan Lee and Art by Steve Ditko appears in Pristine Mint Condition. Only minor wear on the edges of the record cover. This Golden Record complete with the Amazing Spider-Man#1 reprint rarely turns up in this state of preservation. This is a great find for a Marvel Comics Collector who wants a very High Grade example of the Record and Comic Book totally intact.
