Offered is a finely produced adsign of the highest caliber, entitled,\"Here\'s Happy Days.\" This qualitypiece was created by printing its image on the back of a sheet of glass that measures slightly more than 18\" x 24\". This technique gives the applied paints a glowing, unmatchable effect that adds to their brilliance and really catches the eye when light is applied behind the picture. Of course, the subject matter was designed to hook any sportsman interested in fishing orhunting: rods and reels, a tackle box, guns and gun belts, kill trophies and a favorite hunting dog are all depicted. A pipe and a canister of tobacco is also included next to a big, wicker-wrapped jug of I.W. Harper Whiskey, both of which would have made the post-hunt lull more enjoyable. I.W. Harper Whiskey is alsoprominently featuredon the mounting plaque for the big rack of elk horns, clearly indicating the brand being pushed by the ad.The fine print at the bottom of this handsome item reveals its date and the name of the company that distributed the item: \"Copyright 1909 Bernheim Dist. Co.\" A trade registration reading \"VITROLITE\" appears within the lower right corner, suggesting that the special process used to produce the sign was patented. The glass section is mounted within an antiquewoodframe. Some edge chipping is evident on the frame, but the glass image\'s large visible area appears to remain in a flawless state.
