This pattern is so cool and and if I had any sewing talent I’d be keeping this. It’s been in safe and clean storage for decades!
It also comes with the original label!
The sizing back then was different than today. This is like a size 2/4 rather than a 12. There’s several ways to adjust sizing though with these sort of patterns.
Measurements are;
Bust 32/ Waist 25/ Hips 34/ Back Waist Length 16
