Lovely luster iridescent canistersset, hand painted floraldesign with roses in a basket and other flowers.
Red round stamp and Elli markon the bottom of each piece (means it was made in Czechoslovakia in 1918 –1938).
The set includes:
5 large canisters withlids: Tea, Sugar, Oatmeal, Rice and Prunes.
Each 6.5” tall, 7.5” withlid, 4.5” wide.
4 small canisters withlids: nutmeg, mace, cinnamon, allspice.
Each 3” tall, 4” with lid,2” wide.
2 cruets with lids: Oil,Vinegar.
Each 7.5” tall, 9” withlid, 3.5” wide.
1 salt cellar.
Two extralids for small canisters are included.
The set is in a goodcondition considering it’s age. One cruet has broken neck, some gold loss to thetrims on couple of pieces.
Still very beautiful andsomeone can enjoy it! This set is from Estate Sale. I would recommend to clean all pieces very well.
