We are a store that has been in business over 23 years. All items are new in mint condition unless stated otherwise above. All items come in their original packaging with all paperwork. We will inspect items to confirm they are mint or upon request. Some brands such as Rae Dunn and Cupcakes and Cashmere do have normal manufactiring defects such as, but not limited too, paint drips, uneven paint, divits, pinholes ect. I do take many photos along with measurement photos so you can exactly what you are receiving. Just keep in mind we do not live in a perfect world as much as we all wish it were it is just unrealistic therefore there may be times I do miss something or don\'t get every tiny scratch/smudge or pinhole. Returns:If you wish to return an item you purchased from The Frosty Nutcracker, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items back to us. Credit for the item will not be issued until The Frosty Nutcracker Holiday Treasures LLC receives the item in its original condition it was received.
Damages:If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with in 3 days after the item is received. We will replace the item immediately if in stock along with placing a claim with the shipping carrier or the manufacturer of the item. DO NOT ship this item back to us. We will issue a shipping call tag for the item to be picked up or destroyed. We will not accept items returned without notice. If we do not have the item, buyer is welcome to exchange the item for another of equal value. Or we will issue a full refund on the damaged item.
Holiday Shipping:For the Christmas Holiday, Orders must be placed and paid for by 2:00 PM on December 15, to be received by December 24, in the Continental United States. Orders will be shipped viaFed Exor USPS unless requested otherwise. Shipping is NOT guaranteed due to unforeseen weather conditions and shipping carriers requirements. Orders shipping International via the Fed Ex or USPS for the Christmas Holiday must be placed and paid for by 2:00 PM on November 30, to be received December 24.
