2 Rare Folk Art Dolls Antique Carnival Fair Punch & Judy Knock Down Pins Game For Sale

Up for sale are 2 extremely rare late 19th century French folk art Punch & Judy wooden carnival/fair doll knock down target pins. It's extremely difficult to find any of these let alone being Punch & Judy characters to go with them. You get The Constable (a.k.a. Policeman Jack) and Judy. The policeman looks as though his head was a separate target that folds down but now is held in place with a wooden stick. Judy still has the original metal insert that held her on the game rack on the back side bottom (See pictures) These would make fantastic carnival memorabilia pieces or just wonderful folk art to hang on the wall. Jack measures 21" tall and Judy measures 18" Her name is written in French on the bottom front and Jack's is written on the front bottom as well. These are in fantastic condition for their age retaining 97% of their polychrome paint.
