So the cards you see here are in the 90% - 95%th percentile of quality in a given box. My best honest guess is that if submitted, 25% or so would grade a PSA 8, 70% a PSA 9, and 5% would get a PSA 10
Please also note that the lower-case letters you see after the card number are in no way are indicative of quality. Card #17a isn't necessarily the best copy of card #17, and #17d isn't necessarily the worst.

Finding more flaws than expected or submitting and getting an unwanted grade are not acceptable reasons to deem the card less-than-advertised and ask for a return or leave negative response.
