From a personal photo album. It was marked that this was from the Opening of Mickey Mantle Family Billiard Center.While the back doesn't have a date or location, this was likely pictured in Milwaukee, WI on Feb 22, 1964. Information on his billiard business is scarce. I found a newspaper from Feb 22, 1964 that stated this was the day Mickey Mantle was going to his Grand Opening at his Billiard Center in Milwaukee. Some news anchors from WTMJ of Milwaukee were there.
