Here is a rare, nostalgic 1950s paint guide decorators booklet from the former T. R. Saylor Hardware Store in Walkersville, MD. This iconic store closed in 2016, after serving the community for over 100 years. Catalog is in very good condition, with great colors showcasing Sipes Paint, MCM designs, GE kitchens, Drexel furniture, Armstrong tile and more. Research tells me that Sipes Paints were manufactured in Pittsburgh, PA in the late 1940s- 60s. You don’t find a lot of material from this company. See many photos to appreciate this item!
