Measures approx. 32\" wide x 16\" tall x 5\" deep. Constructed of a metal back plate with a hard plastic frame. There is a motor with rollers that slowing turns the translucent scroll, showing fishing, bowling, golfing, and a large boat in the marina. Illuminated by 2 fluorescent tubes with starters and transformers and works well. There is one behind the Falstaff shield and stars, and one behind the scroll. It takes a few seconds for the bulbs to ignite when first turned on, which is normal for the older fluorescent fixtures. The motor starts right up and runs smooth. It will occasionally make some noises, which a nice smack on the side normally cures! I did not observe any major damage, but the item naturally shows areas of wear and tear and patina from age and use. All told a super cool old motion sign that you will be proud to own and display and wait for the compliments to roll in! Please be mechanically inclined if you want to own this sign, as itmay periodically need bulb, starter, transformer, or motor replacement.The original instructions are on the rear.
