1940 Elgin 4 Star Sport with 41 thru 45 licence plates, Original paint For Sale

This bike is a very hard to find in complete condition.The paint is original, as you can see the head shroud is a unpainted one to hold the light. The original has a screw broke off and I will send which ever one you want with the bike. The lights or horn have not been tested. You can see the plates from 1941 thru 1945, a true War bike. I have not got the time to finish this beauty off. The bike has 26\" x 2.125 balloon tires. Look close at the pictures the parts are in pretty good condition not perfect.
