THE ITEM DESCRIPTION:

The painted cast iron Toonerville Trolley with nickel wheels was made by Dent Hardware in the late 1920s under license of the Geo. Borgfeldt Co. It was branded with the NIFTY trademark indicating it was considered by Borgfeldt to be a top of the line quality toy. The Trolley is 4 3/4\" long & 6\" to the top of the electric take up wire. The Trolley is painted a traditional green.  As this was never played with it is in like new condition in an original box. The original box is also more than 90 years old.
