Here for sale is this exquisite Hutschenreuther running Borzois figurine (Italien Greyhound, Russian Greyhound, Russian Wolfhound) - handmade and handpainted fired porcelain in excellent condition. Produced from the highly regarded german manufactury Hutschenreuther (today a part of Rosenthal), Selb, Bavaria, Germany. First formed in the Victorian / Art Nouveau or Art Deco Period from the famous sculptor Karl Tutter. This figurine impresses through the stunning details & powerful colors. Tremendous Figurine, outstanding details, very lifelike situation.The figurine was produced about 1940.

Karl Tutter (* 1883 † 1969) was one of the most famous porcelain modellers of the 20th century. His porcelain works gained him fame nationally and intenationally. To some extent the Hutschenreuther art figurines owe their good reputation to Karl Tutter.
He created a large number of figurines for the brand Hutschenreuther, such as \"Sonnenkind\" (sunchild), \"Spielkameraden\" (Play fellows), \"Nach dem Bade\" (after the bath) or \"Finale\".
