Lovely vintage wall hanging. I think this is of itialian works. It has a small chip on lady elbow and on left side. Going for good discount for a old piece of art. Very retro/ vintage stylish work. I am pretty sure this is a ceramic/ chalk hanging. It is not flimsy. It is heavy but hangs nicely. Has been in my moms house many many years.
