Your doll will be shipped in unopened mint condition. The boxes are also in excellent condition, but there may be minor flaws due to rough handling at the Disney Store. I have never seen such fervor to purchase a doll before—highly coveted doesn\'t even begin to describe it. Demand was so fierce, that people camped out overnight in the THOUSANDS. I am sad to report that in all the excitement, a few Disney fans forgot to pack their manners for the trip, and behaved shamefully—you would not believe the shoving to grab these dolls off of the shelf! Disney allowed customers into the store a few at a time, however just moments after we entered the store, a mob rushed in from behind us, striking my wife in the face as she sat in her wheelchair holding the dolls that had already been brought to her by store staff. The scene was quite reminiscent of the Black Friday thugs seen in TV news footage. However, with the aid of extremely helpful Disney cast members, we were taken back to the store room entrance and allowed to select two dolls in the most pristine condition in inventory. We were also invited back that evening to meet the talented Disney artist (Jess Fuchs) in person to have them signed!! So although the dolls are in mint condition, a flawless box is not guaranteed. We\'ve only found one very tiny flaw on the box, a minuscule wrinkle in the top left hand corner of #31, as seen in the attached photo. More photos can be taken upon request.
