View Larger Image   Foldaway Dresser Box / Case With Mother Of Pearl Inlay & Mirror Large   Description: Rare Foldaway Wood Dresser, Make Up, or Vanity box with MOP Double Happiness Symbols, Cherry Blossoms, and birds. The Chinese symbol meaning is "Double happiness". The symbol is combined by two repeated Chinese symbols for joy, happiness. It is pronounced: shuang si. The box has a mirror that swings out from the top and stays propped up into the interior top. The mirror is very sound and has 3 MOP "buttons" around the top. The front area swings open to reveal inner compartments on each side which have slide off tops. The interior area has two small drawers and one larger one at the base. When closed it measures 10" wide by 13 1/2" deep by 7 1/2" high. When opened it measures 18" wide by 16" high. This piece is in excellent condition with minor bruising and one split area under and by the front of the right brass fitting. It has a bit of MOP missing here and there but it is very minimal.
