| Lovely soft pink coloration with platinum trim gives this Mitterteich trio a real touch of class. The lunch or dessert plate and saucer have embossed rims while the teacup has a thick band of gilt on the inside, as well as platinum details on the handle and scallopped foot. Marked Mitterteich, Germany, it dates from the 20s to early 40s. The plate is 7.5" in diameter, while the saucer is 5.75" across. The cup stands 2.25" high. This set is in very good condition with a single small chip on the rim of the back of the cup (shown in the close-up), and the price has been reduced accordingly. This trio would make an elegant addition to any teacup collection.
