A wonderful vintage teapot with a stylized design of tulips in navy blue on a sky blue background. Hall made the Cronin Blue Tulip line for the A & P Food Market in the 50's and it is still popular today. The teapot is in very good condition with a single chip on the base and a pin-head sized flaw in the glaze. This latter defect probably as a result of a bubble forming in the glaze during firing which later burst. There are no stains, cracks or crazing seen. This teapot is a striking example of midcentury art pottery.
