The binding is still tight, it's clean with minor darkening on the page edges mostly, a crease on the front cover, it has 512 pages, all look very good. Many very good illustrations and discriptions of various tools. Brown & Sharpe Mfg. Co. was established in 1833, and began making precision tools in 1850's. By 1941 they were manufacturing several hundred different small tools, and cutting tools.
