| This member accepts the following forms of payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Please check your address and verification so that the card can process through smoothly. We also accept check or money order. If paying via check we will ship once the check clears our bank. Payment must be made within 5 days of sale.

| Item will be shipped insured withinn 5-7 business days of receipt of payment (credit cards take 3-4 days to clear our merchant account). Checks must clear bank before item ships. On multiple items, shipping is combined.

| If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within THREE business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.
If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim. You will be charged an additional fee based on the credit card or paypal amount charged to refund funds back to you.
