We are not sure of the maker, perhaps Duncan, Forstoria, Imperial? No chips or cracks that we see. The area that looks cloudy, must be an elusion from the camera. We cleaned it very well and there is not a cloudy smudge on it.

Price: $9.50 USD Description: Candle Holder was made by Jeanette Glass and was manufactured between 1936 and 1946. It is the 'Windsor' or 'Windsor Diamond' pattern. It measures 3 1/8" tall and 3 3/4" across the base. There is a slight chip or fleabite on the rim of the holder. We took pictures of the area that we could feel the roughness, but you can't see it in the pictures. Otherwise, it is in great condition. Price reduced.
